A hidden gem in Arona
The spacious split-level apartment was a delight! We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the pleasant garden area. Plus, Alex was incredibly responsive to our needs during our stay.
Be prepared for some stairs—accessing the first floor can be a workout, especially with luggage! It would be nice to have a lift for added convenience.

Loved the spacious split-level apartment. It had a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room for our family. Cleanliness stood out, and Alex's quick response to our needs was impressive. The air conditioning worked well after a slow start. A minor inconvenience was carrying luggage up to the first floor since there’s no lift. It also would have been nice to have more linens supplied. we felt comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor dining area for breakfast. The location was great, just a short walk from the lake and eateries!

stayed at faber apartments-residence style for 5 nights. it's a short walk to the lake and local shops, making the location perfect. our two-bedroom apartment was clean, well-equipped, and featured two excellent bathrooms. the owner, alex, was super responsive, quickly fixing our aircon issue. guests also loved the 24-hour fitness center!

Perfect getaway by the lake!
We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor dining area was such a chill spot, perfect for breakfast. Alex was a super host, making sure we had everything we needed. The only catch was that the aircon took a bit to cool the place down initially, but after that, it was fab. Definitely a great location!
